Carding Mill Valley Memory Club
A talk about History or the Natural World, followed by an easy walk.
Run by the NT Dementia Friends team in Carding Mill Valley Pavilion on the fourth Monday of every month, 10.30am - 12.30pm.
Parking in the Valley is free to those attending the Memory Club - just let staff at the entrance kiosk know.

Regular social walks designed to get you moving and leading a more healthy, active lifestyle.
Gentle Chair Yoga

Breathing Space (Dementia Friendly Singing Group)
We use a mixture of breathing exercises, singing games, songs (both familiar and new to the group), improvisation and song creation. This helps us capitalise on the many health and wellbeing benefits of taking part in singing. Wednesday afternoons at Mayfair.

Social Prescribing Walks at Attingham Park
Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, starting at 2pm. Generally flat routes with stops along the way to admire the scenery.

Chat with others living with dementia over coffee or tea. Every Friday morning, on Zoom or face to face.

For people with Alzheimer’s or dementia from other causes. A range of interesting guest speakers providing intellectual stimulation and a chance to meet other people in a similar situation.

A supportive space to get involved in engaging activities led by experienced wellbeing coaches.
